- Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during major sale events or holidays.
- Shipping Destinations
We currently offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. At checkout, you will be able to see if we ship to your location and the available shipping methods.

- Shipping Methods & Costs
* Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the delivery destination, and the selected shipping method.

- Delivery Times

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
* While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, factors such as customs clearance, weather, and carrier delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress online.https://www.17track.net/
- Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
* The customs and import fees may apply to international orders. These fees are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing an order. Thank you for shopping with us! * Note: The VAT in EU countries is already charged separately when placing an order, and the logistics provider will directly handle customs clearance. However, if there are customs inspections or the order amount exceeds 150 euros, any applicable customs duties must be paid by the recipient.
- Failed Deliveries & Lost Packages
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is undeliverable and returned to us by the carrier (e.g., after multiple delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows that your package has not moved for an extended period (typically more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date), please contact us at amy@goodbike.cn. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work with you to find a resolution.
