Key Program Rules

Points Validity: To ensure the program's sustainability, all points will expire on December 31st each year. We will notify you via email and onsite notifications starting 60 days prior to expiration.

Annual Gift Redemption: If you have no immediate shopping plans before expiration and your balance is ≥400 points, you may contact our customer service before December 31st with a screenshot. We will arrange the redemption of an exclusive, non-sale gift in January of the following year (a balance top-up may be required). All gifts are final and non-returnable.

If an order is canceled or voided, any associated points will be returned to your account.

If an order is refunded, the points earned from that order will be automatically deducted. If those points have already been spent, their cash equivalent value will be deducted from the refund amount.
