After-Sales Terms
1. Core Return & Exchange Rules
Valid Period: All products support return/exchange applications within 30 days from the date of delivery (based on logistics signing records); for applications between 30-60 days, only partial refund is available (refund amount is 20%-80% of the order value, determined by product usage status and depreciation).
Liability Division & Cost Bearing:
Buyer's Reasons (e.g., wrong model purchased, change of personal preference): Unconditional return is allowed. The product must be unused with intact original packaging. The buyer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the refund amount is the actual payment (excluding initial shipping fee).
Seller's Reasons (e.g., product quality issues, wrong delivery, mismatched model): Full refund or negotiate other solutions.
Damage Caused by Improper Use: Return/exchange is not supported, but the buyer can purchase a new product of the same model at an exclusive discount (70%-90% of the original price), with the discount adjusted according to the cause and damage degree.
2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
The product must be in unused, brand-new condition with complete accessories, packaging, and labels, without affecting secondary sales;
Order number, real photos of the product (clear display of defects/damage for problematic products), and logistics delivery certificate are required when submitting the application;
Customized products (e.g., engraved, special-specification customized) do not support unconditional return/exchange. Only repair or exchange is provided for quality issues.
3. Refund & Exchange Process
The buyer shall submit the application through the "After-Sales Application" channel on the website or contact online customer service. After approval, the return address and guidelines will be sent;
The return must be shipped within 7 days after approval, otherwise the return/exchange right will be deemed voluntarily waived;
After the seller receives and inspects the return, the refund will be returned via the original payment method within 3-5 working days; the exchanged product will be shipped within 3-7 working days after qualified inspection (excluding logistics time).

The seller shall not be liable for delays in return/exchange caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, logistics suspension);
The seller reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange if the product is damaged during return due to improper packaging by the buyer, or if the returned product is not sold by this store.
